Terms of Service

Welcome to FSC Digital! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of FSC Digital's Website and Services. By accessing this website or requesting a digital project, you accept these terms in full.

1. Project Booking & Consultation

We offer a free strategic consultation call (via WhatsApp, email, or video call) to check your project requirements, goals, schedule, and budget.

Subsequent project design and development services are subject to schedule availability and are officially confirmed through a written agreement.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Web Design Packages: One Page websites start at €199, Multipage sites start at €449, and Ecommerce stores start at €799.
• Social Media Packages: Branded Carousels start at €79, and Video/Reels creation starts at €129.
• Payment Schedule: For websites, we require a 50% upfront deposit before starting work, with the remaining 50% due upon successful project launch. Social Media packs are billed 100% upfront.

3. Revisions & Approvals

To ensure high quality and delivery times:

• We present visual mockups and draft layouts for your approval. Feedback must be consolidated and sent within the agreed time frame.
• Once a mockup is approved and coded, subsequent structural design modifications may be subject to additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment completion, full intellectual property and ownership rights of the delivered digital files (website source files, social media graphics, final edited videos) are transferred to the client. FSC Digital reserves the right to exhibit the work in our portfolio.

5. Third-Party Costs

The client is solely responsible for ongoing third-party platform costs, including domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins, or platform fees (e.g., Shopify monthly fees), paid directly to those providers.
